- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Went in today , the only polite person working there was the last in travel! We walked in today about 1pm and it was no one in , we walked up to the counters and 3 ladies were there talking among them self, not noticing us, even though we were very visible! When the two ladies went, the rude lady behind the counter didnt even look up and started plonking away on her till - thinking she must be getting ready to serve us , a few minutes went by and I had to ask her if she was going to serve us! " oh the other two have gone on lunch " she said , Im getting quite annoyed at this time? I said I needed help with getting my babys passport doing - she then pointed to the travel point - she needs to get some lessons in customer service! If she had acknowledged being there in the first place I could of got things done quicker!! It wasnt like I was hiding ! Those 3 ladies never acknowledged I was there! Im not invisible! There was me , my husband and my baby! A 6 month old! The ladies disruption : one was blonde with frizzy blonde hair, one was Asian with grey hair and one was white with short grey hair ! It was the last last I found offensive! Learn some basic customer service!!!! And when customers are standing there! Help them and dont leave it for them to ask YOU if you are serving them!By terrielisageorge, July 12, 2019
