- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Called them to book an appointment for plug in diagnostic to figure out which parking sensor was not working on my S Class S350l 2012 model. Confirmed over the phone that they have the most up to date version of Logic Diagnostic System which Mercedes Dealership use. Dropped car to get diagnosed and was told that their Logic system was not communicating with my car so they gave me an "educated guess" that the problem could be wiring and i would need to book in again for another 2 hours labour to see which cables are causing the problems. The most annoying thing is that they still demanded £54.00 for an educated guess even though they could not connect to my ECU. Took it to Mercedes Inchcape Derby and they plugged and told me exactly which parking sensor was causing the problem and got it replaced. German Automotive have totally ripped me off by charging me full diagnostic charge for an educated guess. Please avoid and go to the Dealership directly, really is not worth booking with them.By misterkayleague, May 08, 2018
