- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Appalling. Purchased a Samsung TV. Did not turn up within the 7 day delivery period. Phone calls went to voicemail emails not answered for days. TV did finally turned up, but not before I had begun refund procedures. TV turns out to be Norweigan, making a lot of the services useless. TV not advertised as Norweigan. On December 10th 2015 I contacted them about this. They subsequently say they cannot replace it with a UK version as they do not have the stock. I have asked for a return and refund, but seeing the reviews on Google and elsewhere, do not trust them to return my money. On 18th December 2015 they agreed to, with 24 hours notice, pickup the TV and transfer money to my account when their driver arrives on site and inspects the TV. As of today 4th March 2016 I have had no confirmation of the pickup. I gave up emailing them every day in January 2016. Appalling.By chrisbarnes, June 25, 2019
